The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims to raise the level of awareness of establishments and workers and contribute to the creation of safe and effective work environments, by establishing the principles and policies for operating each facility separately by adopting the Ministry’s unified form for the work organization regulation. It is inconsistent with the provisions of the Law, its implementing regulations, and the decisions issued for its implementation in the regulations dedicated to upgrading and improving the private environment.

We are working on reviewing and drafting all employment contracts, as well as drafting the internal regulations and systems of companies, reviewing and approving the work organization regulations and what is related to mandatory government platforms (terms, powers … etc.) in light of the provisions of the labor system, related regulations, and all relevant judicial and legal rules.
